Come find out which engagement style in life you have and if it is working for you. This is universal wisdom and the way things work. The Energy we get back is not necessarily the energy we want to attract. There are no right or wrong answers and there is no good or bad choice. There is only energy and there is choice.

If you are stuck on a project, relationships are painful and you find yourself becoming paralysed through analysis, typically blaming others, rationalizing and intent to prioritize others before yourself, chances are you have and are experiencing burnout. If this is something you wish to discuss and dig deeper into, consider the following four levels predominant for those experiencing burnout:

    iPEC’s Energy Leadership Index™ Assessment.

Level 1: Feeling lost. Stuck. Lack of choice. I can’t. I have to. Fearful.
Level 2: Anger. Combativeness. Resisting or fighting energy.
    Level 3: Rationalizing. Fine. Coping.
Level 4: Care. Compassion. Service to others.

    End the burnout:
Email me to join the retreat before the retreat passes us by —

I am looking forward to seeing you there.
